Kings and queens can take refuge in one of our 4 star ornate en-suite rooms, complete with 4 season's climate control to create a comfortable environment. Our Marrakech Room is a luxurious love nest set off by an elaborate iron forged bed framed, a locally crafted Berber treasure. If you can be bothered dragging your weary bones from bed, a stress-erasing soaking tub with massage jets awaits in the adjoining bathroom.

Dry off, and then challenge the king or queen of your heart to a chess game. With mountain and village views, you can just as easily chill out and count sheep if you prefer. The adjacent Essaouira Room, a warm haven accented with earthier wooden furnishings, has similar amenities and equally stunning mountain views. Take your pick!

For those on a shoestring, our clean, double rooms afford the same comfort and charm without breaking the bank. Dar Tassa resides in the shadow of the Takherkhort Reserve, a sanctuary for Toubkal's most noble species, the Barbary Sheep. The Amaseen gazelle reserve, a must see in neighbouring Marigha, promises this regal endangered species will have fighting chance to restore its declining population. Be sure to bring your binoculars, as over 150 species of bird - from the Grey Partridge to the Alpine Accentor and Chough - make their nest among the Park's natural wonders. And if you should decide to set out on a flora and fauna discovery trek, don't be startled to find reptiles underfoot that recall ancient fossils come to life.
