Houdconstant Guest Farm
Adrian & Elsanne McNaughton would like to invite you to come and enjoy a relaxing farm-holiday on our working Sheep & Cattle farm, in the Malaria Free, Graaff-Reinet district.
Enjoy scenic views down the Camdeboo or take a stroll through the Poplar bush.
You could also bring your mountain bike/quadbike and enjoy the many farm roads to explore!
Our summer temperatures are very pleasant (an average of 5°C less than Graaff-Reinet) and you might be lucky enough to experience snow in winter, Karoo Style!!
Houdconstant is situated between Graaff-Reinet & Murraysburg on the R63. (Only a 40km tar drive from Graaff-Reinet and 3.5km gravel)
The homestead was built before 1786 when Graaff-Reinet got it's town status. Houdconstant has been farmed by the McNaughton family for the last 15 years. There is a rich McNaughton history in the Graaff-Reinet area as we have been.
You will have a full wing of the house to yourself.
