Villa Carmelita

We have three rooms available at Villa Carmelita, each for 2 persons, with well-appointed private bathrooms, in a modern architect-designed family house within the secure subdivision of Cittadella, the entrance of which is just across the road from Southville International School and next to Las Piñas Doctors Hospital.

As the owners, may we introduce ourselves? We are John (British by birth) and Carmelita (Filipina by birth) Winrow, and we met in Singapore 22 years ago, where John worked for the BBC. Within a few months we were married - twice! - In the UK, and then a church ceremony in Manila. After John's retirement, we built up an Art Gallery in a small town in Wales, eventually selling this as a going concern, and retiring properly this time!

When we are not in residence the property is managed by our son Joseph (Joey) Santos Winrow. We aim to be friendly, caring & flexible in catering for our guests requirements. If you have any special requests please let us know. For example, we may at times be able to provide extra accommodation for a family booking, arrange days out with a guide, or provide evening snacks.

We are within easy reach of the airport, SM South Mall, Alabang Centre, & Mall of Asia - which is one of the largest shopping malls in the world with a huge variety of shops and restaurants set in attractive plazas.

Room rate, 1-2 persons (including breakfast) $25 - $38 (USD) - cash or PayPal - reduced rates for family & weekly bookings.
(Payment also accepted in GB Pounds or Philippine Pesos by prior arrangement)
Additional meals, chauffeur-driven car, airport meeting, and english-speaking guide available at extra charge.
