Relax in your own private top floor studio bed and breakfast suite in our heritage designated home which was built in 1889 in an Italianate style.

Stroll 2 blocks to Beacon Hill Park or 3 blocks to Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour. Our home is ideally located within walking distance of the Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, Empress Hotel, St Ann’s Academy, Cook St Village and Christ Church Cathedral.

Your hosts, James and Nadine Brambell, are here to provide any concierge services you might require. We have over 20 years experience in the tourism/hospitality business. We are happy to recommend and make reservations for dining, golf courses, whale watching and many other places and activities.

Our bed and breakfast suite has been designed with an Italian influence, floor to ceiling marbled bathroom with claw foot tub, heated floor and steam shower. Enter through your private entrance up the marbled stairs to a quiet studio containing a natural gas fireplace, queen-size bed, wireless internet and private dining area with all the necessary amenities.

We offer an experience that cannot be matched in hotels and other accommodations. You will find a truly unique and memorable experience when you stay at Attic's Peak B&B.

Your private studio includes a floor to ceiling marbled bathroom, steam shower, claw foot tub, heated floors, robes, slippers and skylight.

The living area has a queen size bed, loveseat, ottoman, reading lamp, natural gas fireplace and adjustable LCD television. There is also a hide a bed for an extra guest .

The dining area includes a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, glassware and flatware.

The suite is equipped with wireless internet and an iron and ironing board.

Breakfast is delivered to your door as a European style continental breakfast basket. It includes fresh baked goods, Jammery preserves, fresh seasonal fruit, cheese, cured meats, hard boiled eggs, juice, tea and coffee.

We Offer Dog Friendly Accommodations in Victoria, BC

As dog owners, we appreciate how hard it is to leave a dog behind and now you don’t have to!

We are pleased to offer accommodation to both you and your dog. The pet amenities that we provide are food and water bowls, towels, bedding, pet waste disposal bags and treats.

We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended in the suite; we can recommend various pet services for you should you require them. Please arrange a convenient time with us when you will be out with your pet so that we can refresh your suite.

From our location, you can walk through Beacon Hill Park to the Dallas Road “off-leash” dog park in 10 minutes and be beside the most beautiful ocean and Olympic mountain views.
