We are a one-hour walk or a short drive from the heart of Cabo Frio, one of Brazil's premier holiday destinations, famous for its celebrated beach front.

Set in an enviable location on the South East coast just two hours drive from Rio de Janeiro, Cabo Frio offers a range of attractions and activities for tourists of all types.

Whether you want to explore the old town, soak up the sun on one of the many glorious beaches, or indulge your passion for water sports, there is something for you in Cabo Frio.

Cabo Frio is famous for a range of beautiful and unspoilt beaches, including Praia do Forte, Pontal and Praia do Foguete.

Around 25km from Cabo Frio - or 30-40 mins drive along the coast - is the famous resort of Buzios, 'discovered' by Brigitte Bardot.

Cabo Frio offers many day and night time attractions for visitors, including a good range of shops, plenty of restaurants - expecially in the Canal area of town - and a vibrant nightlife. As a guide, a good evening meal will cost around R$15.00, and a snack on the beach around R$2.00 - 3.00.
