Whilst the Spinney has a strict no smoking policy within the house, smoking is allowed outside.

Collection to and from airport or fishing lakes can be arranged £5 per trip.

Bristol is a very pretty city and many people stay here and travel both to Bristol and to the lovely City of Bath.
The local shop is an 8 minute drive away.
The house is situated on the outskirt of Bristol so is surrounded by countryside and walks in nearby fields.
