Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. Shallow wide stairs.
Mostly flat access from car park.

Pet Facilities: Pets are not allowed. Except for guide dogs.

Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. No smoking in house/bedrooms.

To secure any booking, requirement of 10% is required and must be paid on the final booking (via CB, Cheque or cash)

Ideal for walking or exploring Ashdown Forest, central for touring Sussex, Kent and the south coast, 30 minutes from Gatwick, 20 minutes from M25, 6 minutes from Royal Tunbridge Wells, just over one hour from Eurotunnel Terminal. English and French Spoken.

We can cater for vegetarian, diabetic, non-dairy and any other disabilities.
Please be aware we do not have ground floor bedrooms. No smoking or pets (Except For Guide Dogs), walkers and cyclist welcome.

10 minute walk from Crowborough mainline station from London Victoria or London Bridge.
