Centrally situated in Clacton on Sea, we are only 2 minutes from the train station, town centre and beach.

We are a 'home from home' B&B and included in the price is either a full English breakfast, continental breakfast or sandwiches for the road. We are pretty easy going and flexible so the time you book in/out and when you want breakfast is completely up to you.

We are easy to find and have off road parking. If you do book for a few days and don't want to go out every evening then we'll happily accommodate you and even share a bottle of wine! When the weather gets warmer, breakfast can be served outside if you would prefer.

Stansted airport is less than an hour away and the historic town of Colchester is just a 20 minute drive from where we are. There is a regular train journey to London, which only takes about 1 hour 20 minutes so we're pretty well connected.

Clacton itself is a small typical English seaside resort and has been a popular holiday destination with Londoners for many years. It is also popular with foreign students in the summer months who come to learn/improve their English. Clacton has a pier which has many rides and attractions and, of course, slot machine arcades - what seaside town doesn't have them!

There are some lovely gardens as well running parallel to the beaches. As for restaurants and cafes, there are many, many places to eat out although some do close rather early, but you can check this out with us. And, of course, many, many pubs catering for all tastes. We do, of course, have our favourites, which we would recommend.
