Mr & Mrs Dunn, that’s Steve and Ruby to all that know us. We have been in the pub and B&B business for over 20 years and for all our present guests and customers we thank you. We are looking forward to meeting all our new guests and customers in the future.

We offer varied accommodation from single rooms, twin rooms, double and family, all offered with or without breakfast. Prices start from £25.00 per person per night.

Our evening meals are all home cooked with fresh vegetables and priced reasonably starting from £5.00. - £6.75.

We are close to Hanbury Manor the 5* Golf and Country Club, Fanhams Hall, Ware Priory, all of which are wedding venues. Wodson Park and Ware Football ground are just 5 minutes away. Shades snooker club is within walking distance, they hold many competitions as do Ware Drill Hall. Every year the Ware festivals attract thousands of visitors be it for the Rock at the Priory one day open air music festival or the Dickensian night, when the streets of Ware are closed off.
