We promise a friendly welcome to this attractive cottage with 3 bedrooms for Bed & Breakfast, in a peaceful location with a large garden away from the road. It has the advantage of being only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, bus stops, shops and between 15 and 20 restaurants. The M11 and the entrance to Stansted Airport are only about 2 miles away. The railway station is 10 to 15 minutes walk from the cottage, with regular fast trains to the City and Cambridge.

The accommodation consists of two comfortable rooms with double beds with wash hand basins and an adjacent room with full-length twin bunk beds, sharing an adjoining bathroom for guest's use only. An additional put-u-up bed can be provided in one of the double rooms. All rooms have colour Television, tea and coffee making facilities, fan and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi available in all rooms

Full English or Light breakfasts are included and are available from 07.30am. Vegetarians are catered for. All eggs used are home produce free range. Check in from 4.00pm & check out by 10.00am (or by arrangement). Guests are asked not to smoke in the house.

Off street parking and limited garage parking is available by arrangement, at owners risk. Long term parking available for guests who stay at least one night.
