Porch House
Porch House is a stunning example of an early English Tudor hall house. It is set in the North Downs of Kent in the beautiful village of Eastling, only 10 minutes drive from the market town of Faversham and sits in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
The Grade II listed property dates back to 1480, and has an enchanting English cottage garden with winding paths, rambler roses and herbaceous borders. Whilst the house has been recently renovated to a high standard, it retains all the core features of a house of this period.
Porch House provides an oasis of country elegance, calm and comfort, and every effort is made possible to ensure that your stay with us is a memorable one. The atmosphere here is one of pure relaxation.
Porch House has 3 guest bedrooms with either twin, double or king sized beds. All our rooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms. They have everything you will need and a little more.
All rooms have digital flat screen TV, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer, and bath robes. Fresh coffee and tea, along with homemade biscuits and treats are available in your room. We are happy to supply you with fresh milk at any time.
Enjoy one of our award winning breakfasts overlooking the garden.
We offer a varied menu, including a delicious full English breakfast and other cooked and continental options.
As far as possible, the ingredients are sourced locally from Kent producers to ensure quality and freshness.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to provide a special breakfast for you.
