Attached to the original farm house the B&B is a self contained luxury suite, with a contemporary open plan living/dining area, separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom, all with the added benefit of a great cooked breakfast. The suite looks onto it's own private patio seating area and a large attractive garden surrounded by acres of farmland.

The B&B is situated within easy reach of the small villages of Edgworth and Hawkshaw, which have several good pubs and restaurants, and is also around 15 minutes drive away from both Bolton and Bury town centres.

You enter the suite through your own private entrance. Directly behind the suite is your own personal gated parking space surrounded by stunning flowerbeds. The suite has cosy underfloor heating throughout.

In front of the building is a patio area bordered by fragrant flowerbeds. There is a private mill stone table and chairs for you to sit out and relax whilst soaking up the scenery and maybe a glass or two of wine. Just beyond the flowerbeds is an extensive sweeping lawn that can also be used by guests. You enter the bedroom through glazed double doors off the lounge area, which allows you to see the stunning views from the bed.

The lovely bedroom contains two single beds with country style linens. There is a triple wardrobe with double hanging space with wooden hangers, and a single shelved section. There is also a small bedside drawer unit with a reading lamp.

The windows behind the beds overlook your parking space and flowerbeds.

The lounge area has a two-seater leather sofa bed, and a lovely wooden rocking chair just perfect for reading that book that you never normally have time for.

There is a large LCD TV with integrated Freeview, which is on a movable wall mount so it can be tilted towards the sofa, kitchen or bedroom.

The modern, spacious ensuite bathroom has a large enclosed shower, washbasin and toilet. There are towels provided along with complimentary soaps, shower gels and tissues plus extra toilet rolls provided in a wicker drawer unit to the side of the shower. John and Hilary Ramwell are the proud owners of Quarlton Fold Farm and it's beautifully stylish new Bed and Breakfast.

Quarlton Fold is still a working farm producing cattle and sheep, including the B&B suite's namesake the white French pedigree Charolais cattle, which can be seen in the fields as you come up the driveway.

The Ramwell family have been farming in the local area for the last 400 years, and moved from Edgworth, a couple of miles down the road, to Quarlton Fold Farm in the 1970s.The Charolais Suite is only £50 per room per night (for up to 2 people) which includes breakfast.
