The Mill House, Wells next the sea
Mill House is a former mill owners house, standing in a secluded lawned garden of 3/4 acre near to the town centre and harbour and a few minutes walk from the coastal path. The town centre contains a wide selection of shops, a post office, pubs and restaurants and a Tourist Information centre.
The picturesque harbour is dominated by a large granary (now converted into luxury flats) and provides moorings for fishing boats and pleasure craft. During the summer months there are boat trips to the seal and bird sanctuary at Blakeney Point and organised fishing trips.
There is on site parking adjacent to the house.
Wells and the surrounding country is noted for its unspoilt beaches, natural beauty and historic locations.
All of the rooms have en-suite shower /bathrooms.
All bedrooms have colour TV, clock radios, tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.
There are 8 bedrooms, including 2 singles.
The accommodation is mainly on the 1st or 2nd floors, although there is one room with en-suite facilities on the ground floor, suitable for a wheelchair.
Please note, we do not cater for children or accept dogs.
Wells is an ideal location for your holiday, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Wells has a unique character with its small harbour and charming shopping street that runs up to Buttlands, a large green, lined with lime trees.
It is also well positioned for exploring all the many delights that North Norfolk has to offer.
