We are located near the A1065 between the market towns of Swaffham and Fakenham, yet an easy 15 mile distance from the natural Norfolk coastline, like Wells-Next-The-Sea or Holkham.

We have 3 rooms available:
1. Double en suite full bathroom
2.Double with adjacent private bathroom
3.Twin en suite shower room
All have tea/coffee making facilities.

We have off road secure parking for several vehicles.
There are several local public houses in the area that serve good food for your evening meals.

Attractions in the area many including:
Sandringham House, Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, Castle Acre Priory, as well as all of the natural coastline that Norfolk offers. RSPB sites like Titchwell are but a drive away.

Gardens in Norfolk

Norfolk has a huge collection of gardens, from small higgledy piggledy cottage gardens to wonderfully relaxing water gardens and magnificent stately home gardens. There's something deliciously decadent about gardens. Laze around on the grass listening to bird song and gazing up at the sky. Feast your eyes on a riot of glorious colour - tumbling wisteria, clambering sweet peas, rambling roses and delicate hellebores. Rub your fingers over the lavender and mint or stoop to smell the parsley and sage. You can't beat wandering around someone else's garden and enjoying the rewards of all their hard work!

Norfolk has an amazing heritage and the county is filled with gorgeous historic buildings ranging from the spectacular Norwich Cathedral to lovingly restored windmills. Add to this the many fascinating museums where you can discover all sorts of facts about Norfolk's past, its world-class industries and the great heroes that were brought up here and you will not be short of tales to tell when you get home! If your passion is great gardens then Norfolk has some wonderful gardens and grounds surrounding magnificent stately homes where you can enjoy spending time outdoors.
