Selworthy Farm in the picturesque village of Selworthy on Exmoor
We offer quality accommodation for up to 4 people with excellent facilities in our lovely home. Guests have use of our lovely garden where they can sit and enjoy the views towards Dunkery Beacon over the Holnicote Estate and the pretty thatched cottages of Selworthy village.
The views from the farmhouse are stunning and ever changing throughout the year. We are very well situated for walking, riding, trekking, mountain biking or just relaxing in beautiful countryside. You can play golf on the links at Minehead alongside the beach.
There are many places to visit nearby during your stay. First and foremost is the village of Selworthy itself with its pretty thatched cottages and Village Green and the famous 15th century white painted church of All Saints, Selworthy. The Periwinkle Tearooms are renowned for their excellent cream teas.
We are also close to the medieval village of Dunster with it castle another popular place to visit. A ride on the West Somerset Steam Railway from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard and back journeying along the west Somerset coast through Dunster, Blue Anchor and Watchet is popular with all the family.
Exmoor National Park offers an ever changing variety of scenery with the early signs of spring in the form of snowdrops in Snowdrop valley in February, daffodils and bluebells and heather on the moors in late summer. Exmoor offers wonderful and varied walks over moorland and dale and now includes the Coleridge Way, which is just a few miles from the farm.
