The smallholding is close to Natural England’s Shapwick Heath nature reserve and the RSPB’s Ham Wall nature reserve forming the Avalon Marshes and reed beds (the Somerset Levels) as seen on BBC’s ‘Autumn Watch’. Excellent birdwatching, pony riding, walking, fishing, cycling with beaches at Burnham on Sea and Minehead about 30/40minutes away.
