Sullys Farm Bed & Breakfast
Sully's Farm is situated at the foot of the Quantock Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideal for all those interested in walking, horse riding and off road cycling. We are close to the famous Exmoor National Park (20 minute drive), with its outstanding woodland and moorland scenery. It is a pleasant area to visit while with us any time of the year.
There are many attractions in the vicinity such as the West Somerset Steam Railway, Hestercombe Gardens & Fyne Court.
There are several excellent pubs and restaurants nearby, from a restaurant and pubs in Bishops Lydeard to local country pubs in pretty rural villages such as Halse, West Bagborough and Crowcombe and fine dining to be found in the centre of Taunton. We can also offer meals in the evening with 24 hours notice.
Parts of the farmhouse are 16th Century, we have attractive inglenook fireplaces, one with an old bread oven, a beautiful garden, full of colour in the spring and summer, and offer fine hospitality with a personal service.
Sully's Farm is no longer a working farm as the land was developed for housing many years ago, although the house itself is full of traditional farmhouse character.
We have an en-suite double bedroom available with tea and coffee making facilities.
We offer home cooked breakfasts with locally sourced meat and eggs whenever possible. Our hot water is even heated by solar panels!
