Applecroft

Having downsized from our larger B&B at Mount Grange, also in Frome, we now offer comfortable accommodation in our new home at Applecroft. We are very near to Longleat Animal Park, Bath city, Stourhead and Durham House and park, Cheddar Gorge and caves and Frome town itself is a charming market town, with a cafe culture and thriving arts scene. We are in a modern detached house, in a quiet cul de sac, just 5 minutes walk along the riverbank to Frome town centre and all amenities.

We have at present 1 ground floor, en-suite double bedroom, decorated in a contemporary style (but will let as a single), with French doors leading out to a private sunroom with dining and lounge area.

(We will possibly increase capacity later in the year) There are TVs with freeview in both rooms. Tea & Coffee making facilities and homemade cakes or biscuits provided, as well as hairdryer, clothes brush and shoe cleaning provision. We also have Wireless computer access.

We offer full breakfast choice with fresh home-laid eggs and local and Fairtrade produce when available, or continental breakfast if desired, ie croissants and home-made bread and preserves.

Outside, at the front of the house, there is off road parking and at the rear, leading out from the sunroom, a patio and seating area for guests.

We also have a folder of information for walkers and cyclists. We would welcome babies ands very young children, but guests would have to provide a travel cot.

Transport from Frome Railway station may be available for guests without transport. Please enquire at time of booking.
