We provide bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet home environment. We are not a hotel or links guest house, but cater for the traveller or visitor looking for a more personal, less corporate experience. We offer a comfortable room with a double bed in a quiet location with ample on-street parking.

Travel time to London Waterloo is about 45 minutes. We are also are situated close to Twickenham Stadium, Kempton Park racecourse., Hampton Court Palace and the historic town of Kingston-upon-Thames. Road are great as we are less than 1 mile from Junction 1 of the M3 and a few minutes from the M25.

The picturesque village of Sunbury on Thames has many good restaurants and pubs, some with terraces overlooking the River Thames. In addition to jump and all-weather horse racing, Kempton Park hosts many speciality markets and events, including a renowned antique fair.

The standard rate for our double room is £40 per night. Included in the price is a light breakfast of cereal and toast, but we can offer a cooked breakfast for a small additional charge. At the present time, we regret that we cannot accept credit cards and payment must be made in cash on arrival. We ask guests to arrive between 5.00pm and 7.00pm and to leave by 10.00am - but we will always try to meet your particular needs.

We are situated close (but not too close!) to Heathrow Airport and have a direct train service into central London. This makes the accommodation ideal for someone beginning or ending a trip to London for business or a holiday. It is also an ideal base for a short vacation to the beautiful county of Surrey or the capital itself.
