We are a quiet, peaceful, comfortable home with ample parking. The main house comprises of one double bedroom with king size bed with en suite, tea & coffee facilities. Flat screen television dvd player, ironing board, one double bedroom with en suite with tea & coffee facilities, flat screen tv dvd player.
One twin room with en suite. With tea & coffee facilities flat screen TV, dvd player, in main house plus Self Contained Annexe containing of one double bedroom & one single bedroom, bathroom kitchen and private garden. The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users. The establishment is non smoking all rooms comes with free wifi within the house. Tea & coffee facilities, flat screen TV and dvd player
The house is in a secluded rural area over looking the South Downs national park. With public footpaths walks adjoining the house. There are numerous golf courses with Pycombe golf club being the oldest in Sussex with outstanding views across the Sussex weald.
there are numerous horse riding facilities in the area whilst swimming, squash and other sporting activities are available at the Olympos Leisure Centre in Burgess Hill.
There are many restaurants local inns and pubs in Burgess Hill, Keymer, Hassocks and Ditchling. We are situated 10 miles from Brighton and the south coast and a one-hour train journey from central London. Burgess Hill train station is a 20-minute walk from the house. The property has outstnading views adjacent to the South Downs National Park. other local interest & venues included Hickstead international show jumping resort. Ardingly international showground. Kew & Wakehurst Gardens Ardingly. Bluebell Railway Line, there are over 40 & national trust gardens houses within a 20 mile radius Charleston house being one of interest and the world famous
Brighton Pavilion only 10 miles away there are numerous walks following the south down way, roman road walk underneath the south downs
