The Coppice Shalbourne B & B

The Coppice is a large family home on the edge of Shalbourne village set in 1.5 acres of garden within an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Shalbourne is situated close to the Wiltshire/Berkshire border just 3 miles south of Hungerford.

We have two double bedrooms available for bed and breakfast with their own private bathroom or en-suite.
The Coppice is situated in a very quiet rural village away from the noise of towns and cities so you can be assured of a peaceful night’s sleep.

Guests are welcome to relax in the garden, to enjoy the views, and take in the fresh Wiltshire air.

We have two very popular village pubs nearby (The Plough, Shalbourne and The Crown & Anchor, Ham) which also serve food and there is an excellent village shop (Shalbourne Post Office and Stores) which sells a wide range of daily provisions.

For guests with a passion for flying there is also an active gliding club within the village that meets mid-week, weekends, and Bank Holidays (Shalbourne Soaring Society).

We have two well appointed double bedrooms with en-suite or private bathroom, overlooking the gardens and countryside beyond.

Each room comes with an iron and ironing board, TV/DVD player with Freeview, selection of DVDs, WiFi, dressing gowns, slippers, hairdryer, clothes brush, tea and coffee making facilities, luggage rack, full hanging wardrobe space, and full length mirror.

Breakfast comprises a choice of juices, cereals, toast and homemade preserves, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and full English cooked on the Aga.

Prices are £80 for 2 persons sharing per night or £50 for a single occupant.
