We are situated approx 15 min's from Samakov, and 25 min's from the Borovets ski resort.

So whether you are skiing or maybe even house hunting in the Samokov region and are looking for accommodation, we can offer the perfect base to start your searching!

We offer bed and breakfast in comfortable quarters at 13GBP per person a day

The room has a double bed plus double bed settee, TV, satellite, dvd player with numerous DVD's, a log burning fire and an en-suite with bath and shower. We also offer the use of the kitchen, which is in a separate building, from the bedsit, this also has a TV and you are welcome to use the facilities cooker, toaster, etc.

Towels and linen are supplied and washing can be done on request for a small fee.

Alcoholic beverages are also available on request.

Transport from and back to the airport can be arranged via ourselves with a local taxi firm at a cost of 100 Lev return journey.

Information on ski packages, lift passes, equipment hire can be obtained also. We are situated; only 4k from the biggest lake in Bulgaria lake Iskar, where there are numerous water sports facilities. Information on trips to the seven lakes can be given on request and this is also the ideal place for all those who like fishing and for anyone who fancies a weekend hunting trip-this info can also be obtained.

Due to our location, it will only suit people who want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and nightclubs, we are 1k up a track of the main road in the middle of the woods/forest, and nearest town is Samokov 7k away. The bus service is every half hour and very reliable and costs only 2 lev per person.

Samokov is situated on the northern foot of Rila Mountain among the so called field which is one of the highest fields in Bulgaria. The longest Bulgarian river- Iskar passes through it. The town is just 60 kilometres away from Sofia and just 12 kilometres in north- western direction of the worldwide famous resort- Borovets. .

Samokov is a wonderful mountain town with mountain spirit. The huge fountain right in the middle of the centre of the town is definitely a site that worth to be seen.

This is a really interesting town as most of the buildings are huge mountain houses, made mostly by stone and wood. Stone and wooden houses are actually a common sight everywhere in the Rila Mountain...

There are numerous restaurants, in samokov, serving delicious, food, at very cheap prices, a 3 course meal for 2,with lots of drinks will set you back, about, 30 lev approx 12gbp .

The capital, Sofia is a 50min, bus ride away and costs 5 lev on the bus, it is well worth a visit.

Belchin banya is also another great place to visit. The Belchin Banya (Belchinski Bani) Spa is situated at a distance of 13 km to the west of Samokov by the River Palakaria. The temperature of the mineral water is 41.5o C and is curative mainly for diseases of the joints, bones and the locomotion system. There are recreation houses, and an open-air pool. The open air pool has a number of restaurants, and bars, also sun beds for hire.
