Long journey coaches depart and arrive in the town.
There is a train station in town.
The airport is only 35minutes away.

Silves castle (built in the 10th century) is only a short drive away.

The main shopping centre situated in Guia is only a 20min drive.

The nearest beach (Albufeira) is only 25 minutes away.

For those really adventurous people who like hiking and mountain scenery there is Monchique.

We offer a continental breakfast from 8:30am til 10am, which includes tea/coffee, fruit juice, yoghurt’s, cheese, preserves, cereals and bread/rolls.

Rooms are priced equally, but vary according to seasons:

Low season(November to February) : 60 Euros
Mid season(March to May & October): 70 Euros
High season(June to September): 88 Euros

Use of swimming pool area and BBQ, which overlook our two lakes on the property and the countryside.

Sun lounge which acts as a breakfast room, which you can use whenever you like and offers 360 degree views.

The rooms are both en-suite and have TV, WIFI and tea and coffee facilities.
Each room has its own terrace, which leads out to the garden and surrounding views.

**A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking**
**We require the rest of the payment 3 weeks before arrival.**

Check-In starts at 3pm
Check-out is at 12pm
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights.

We can provide for any special requirements.
Children under the age of 12=10euros extra per night.
Children under the age of 2 are free.
