As well as the Blue Flag Beaches, which Tenerife is well known for, the Island has some beautiful scenery, picturesque villages and an amazing amount of history.
Rural Tenerife has a lot to offer the tourist who wants an alternative holiday, walking routes taking you along the ancient foot paths are an excellent way to explore and enjoy the Island. The paths are very marked out and are very informative.

High in the mountains above the villages of Arico is where you will find the Rock Climbers enjoying and testing out there skills on the challenging rock faces.
Not forgetting Mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, as well as the obvious beauty, it's where sports people come to do their altitude training, athletes, cyclists alike.

Being an Island there is no shortage of water sports, diving, sailing, sea fishing just to mention a few. El Medaño is just a 15 minute drive away, the coastal town where they hold the world surf/surf kiting chamionships.

Golfing is very popular, there are 7 Golf Courses with in a 40 minute drive from Arico Nuevo, with a few more just a little further away. Come play golf in this wonderful climate.

Of course you could just come to relax and enjoy the good weather.
Collection from both airports on the Island can be arranged as well as island tours with or with out a guide.
