Billabong B&B is a birdwatchers paradise with a wonderful cross section of Australian birdlife. The entire property is surrounded by huge melaluca (paperbark) trees & these surround the 2 acre Billabong. . Along with the stunning natural eco-system in which Billabong B&B resides you will be delighted by the traditional old-fashioned hospitality that you will receive.

Whether you are on a lovers romantic retreat or just a simple break from your usually hurried life, you will be well looked after at Billabong Bed and Breakfast. Beautiful tropical fruits are grown at Billabong & are always present on the bountiful breakfast platter along with other delicacies served to you on the timber verandah overlooking the billabong.

Two tastefully decorated rooms with private deck overlooking the Billabong, both have separate entrance, air conditioning, Flat screen TV, en suite, ceiling fans, insect screens, fridge, tea/coffee making, queen size bed and Complimentary WIFI

Billabong B&B is on the doorstep to The Great Barrier Reef, The Wet Tropics Rainforest, Daintree, Pt Douglas, Skyrail/Kuranda Scenic Train & all tour companies pick up from Billabong. A car is not essential either as the bus stop is at the end of the street. The Botanic Gardens and the Red and Green Arrow walk are only a 10 minute drive from Holloways Beach and make for a relaxing half day excursion. Visit the Saltwater Lagoon on the Esplanade, take a dip or walk along the fabulous boardwalk. There is something for everyone's taste.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms but guests may smoke outside
