Jefferswood

Jefferswood is an eco-friendly unique adobe homestead, set on four hectares of rural splendour between Blenheim and Havelock.

The property includes a large pond, which attracts a range of wildlife; hundreds of trees, an organic orchard and many restful spots to relax on the summer seats provided. Hiking and kayaking provisions can be arranged.

Jefferswood offers peaceful, comfortable accommodation 5-15 minutes from the many Marlborough activities, cafes/wineries, and the local airport.

Guest accommodation comprises of a Queen and a Super King/Twin room. Snuggle into comfortable beds with fine linen and plump pillows. The generous bedrooms are furnished with oak furniture and have large built in wardrobes for luggage storage. Both lavish ensuites have huge walk-in showers with abundant high pressure solar heated water. Quality toiletries and bathrobes are provided. Complimentary sundried laundry to guests staying two nights or more.

Each bedroom opens into the north facing, fully glazed gallery. Welcoming two-seater couches invite you to relax with a book or just sit and take in the spectacular surroundings.

There is also a large sun drenched sitting room with extensive music selection, bookcase and daily newspapers. Wireless guest laptop, phone and fax available.

Refreshments and home baking are available during the day. Join us for pre-dinner complimentary Marlborough wine and nibbles.

Enjoy a breakfast of poached soft fruits, homemade Greek yoghurt and cereals. Also cooked choices of mixed berry pancakes or bacon and courgette fritters with tomato salsa. A range of homemade breads, fresh juices, coffee and tea.
