Cliff Crest Bed & Breakfast Inn

Built in 1887 and perched on Beach Hill above the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, this historic Queen Anne Victorian overlooks the picturesque Santa Cruz Mountains and beaches. Our Guest Rooms

The Rose Room
This room will enchant you with its canopied king size east lake bed, spacious sitting area and fireplace. You have sweeping views over the mountains and beach boardwalk from this second story room. Enjoy the romantic sitting room and fireplace with your favorite person, significant other or your favorite book. The private bath is across the hall. It boasts an extra long claw foot tub and shower with ceramic shower head.

The Empire Room
It has twelve foot ceilings, fireplace and sitting area. It holds a king-size four poster bed with hand carved posts, canopy and finials. Lace-covered bay windows offer a view of the garden and ocean peek. The private bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

Jenny's Room
Relax on the window seat of this old fashioned second-story room. Admire the stained glass window and vaulted ceilings in the large shower-for-two. The king-size four poster bed is detailed from head to foot starting with solid legs, hand carved posts, canopy and finials.

The Apricot Room
Watch the sunset from this sunny second floor room. Dream in the Queen sized hand carved oak four poster bed. Use the original bathroom with vintage fixtures and the new shower in a separate room.

The Pineapple Room
The pineapple design on the four artfully carved bedposts of this queen-size bed is what named this room, decorated in soft cream colors and lace. There's an antique sink and original lamp in the bedroom, and a shower in the private bathroom.

Directions

From Highway 17, take the Ocean Street exit. Follow the signs on Ocean Street towards the beaches. Turn right onto San Lorenzo Boulevard. Turn left onto Riverside Avenue, crossing the San Lorenzo River. Immediately after the bridge, turn right onto Third Street. Proceed uphill to Cliff Street. Turn left onto Cliff Street. The Cliff Crest Bed and Breakfast Inn, at 407 Cliff Street, is the second house on your right.
