North Lodge on Oakland Bed & Breakfast

We are a historic stone mansion built in 1904 complete with six comfortable and plush guestrooms, all with private baths.

The Inn provides guests with use of a computer and printer (business center), guest pantry stocked with soda, water, teas, ice, coffee and hot chocolate daily. Afternoon pastries and cookies are also provided with bedside candies to satisfy the chocolate desires.

Inn also contains a stone porch for reading and relaxation or if you'd rather be outdoors, we have a beautiful, bright garden area with water feature and gazebo complete with lighting and ceiling fan.

In room massages also available for individuals and couples.

We are also very conveniently located halfway between the famous Biltmore Estate and always active downtown Asheville with its eclectic and fun atmosphere. We are also located just behind Mission Hospital and only minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy mountain scenery and picnics along the Parkway at any time of the year.

We are also located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, which assists up in providing the ultimate in peaceful surroundings for relaxing, reading or just doing nothing.

Home has a stone exterior with magnificent historic trees for which the city of Asheville has awarded North Lodge for their preservation efforts.

We accept children 12 years and older but we are unable to accept pets.

The Orange Peel is only minutes away and is famous for their ability to provide name musical artists with large crowds. The River Arts District is walking distance and boasts old, historic warehouses that house artist studios and their gorgeous creations.
