This 7300 Square foot Century house with a modern addition offers the comfort of century-old craftsmanship in the woodwork and appointments of the older portion of the house with the modern amenities of the new addition. You can sit in front of a roaring fire as the snow drifts down outside or watch your favorite programming on a big screen TV in a spacious living room.

A smart workspace helps you find your focus, while tech touches like a 47' LCD TV and complimentary Wi-Fi serve both work and play. It’s more room to think, work, socialize, call your own—more space to live your life.

We offer three bedrooms, one King, and two queen beds, all with 600 count bedding and down comforters, all rooms well appointed and air-conditioned during the warm seasons. There is a lovely fireplace, in the older part of the home, that gives a warmth and sound of 'welcome' during the winter months. A beautiful place to relax and read a book, during those cold days and wintery nights.

Executive Suite includes a King size Bed, Private bath/shower, Living room with fireplace, dining area, a Large Screen TV in the Bedroom, and Executive Desk for workspace.

Breakfast features a generous Country Breakfast, fresh fruits, various teas and coffee, or if your on the move, we can offer a Continental Breakfast of fresh Pastries and seasonal fruit, served on either decks of the home, or at the family dinner table.
Living area in the oldest part of the home, features a large library, with a huge variety of books for your enjoyment. A large screen TV is in the main home, for those who just want to watch your favorite Football game or catch up on the news.

Local dining areas are close, and only 5-10 minutes away, which include many chain restaurants and specialty restaurants. The Westfield Mall is also very close and we are near many golf club sites, including Firestone Golf course in Akron, Oh.

Local lakes are SaltFork, Westbranch, and Berlin for those interested in boating or jet skiing. Only 10 minutes away from the Akron/Canton Airport, we are in a perfect area for those early risers that need to catch that first flight!

Home to the Football Hall of Fame and other local sites events like Blossom Music Center, Stan Hywet Hall, Hale Farm and Village, Cuyahoga Valley NationalPark, and E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall.

We are also close to Kent State University, Malone and Walsh University. All within a few miles from our home. We offer Free WiFi, and printing capabilities if needed to print boarding passes.

We Speak English, Italian and German.

Cost of the Rooms are $65/nightly, including Breakfast. Military discounts will apply to our active as well as retired vets. Also, the cost of rooms will be adjusted for Long Term stays greater than 3 months to $50.00/nightly.

Check in time is from 13:00 daily -Please make arrangements with us if your check in time is later than 19:00. Private parking is available for our guests at no charge.
