We offer 2 Large rooms each with a Private bathroom. Both rooms are located on the second floor. Located in beautiful Mount Joy Pa, In Lancaster County, Great rates, Close to Manheim, Hershey, Elizabethtown. We are near 2 of Lancaster counties famous covered bridges. We have amish farms and produce stands with in a few miles, there is a beautiful three arch stone bridge just steps way. Our bed and breakfast sits on the tenth tee of Groffs Farm Golf Course.

We offer a continental breakfast.
The entire house is no smoking and no pets.
The rooms are not equipped with TV’s, telephones or internet.
Come visit us if you are looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay at a very affordable price.

We offer two large rooms, both located on the second floor. Each room has a queen bed, full size pull out sofa bed, large walk in closet, dining table and chairs. The private bathrooms include a standard size tub shower stall with Jacuzzi jets in the tub.

Each room has an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra pillows, pac-n-play.

In an effort to keep prices as low as possible the rooms are not equipped with telephone, internet or TVs.

The continental breakfast is served in the foyer area directly outside the rooms. Breakfast available anytime after 7:30am, unless other arrangements are made.

The entire house is No Smoking and No Pets.

We do have small children that are not always quiet, but they will love to show you around the house and show you there room and toys.
