Set in 5 acre Smallholding, Rhyd-y-Groes Guest House is the perfect location for family holidays, short breaks and retreats. 4 star Licensed Guest House accommodation. Melvyn & Eve can assure you of a quality stay whether it be in the main house with en-suite or private bathroom facilities or in the Log Cabin with en-suite facilities and private veranda overlooking the stream. Delicious Meatfree and Fish menu throughout (please note that bacon is available at breakfast) served in the character 16 head licensed award-winning restaurant, freshly prepared and using local and organic produce where possible. Peaceful Restaurant gardens, perfect for those summer evenings or BBQ's and lunches. The garden bar is nearing completion. The restaurant is situated by the stream and Bridge of Tranquility with relaxing woodland walk. Seating is provided along the way to enable guests to enjoy our 'peace of heaven' to it's fullest.

Rhyd-y-Groes is central to award winning coasts with clear blue waters and marine life - spot the dolphins, seals and porpoises, Cambrian mountains with exhilarating walks, Lampeter and Aberystwyth Universities are a short drive away. Local fishing, golf, bridal paths and cycle hire to enjoy your holiday to the full.

We have three 12' x 12' stables for hire and additional parking for horse boxes, should you wish to enter the Tregaron Races, Lampeter Show, local harness races or just bring your companion on holiday with you.

Children are welcome to interact with our animals. Two Shetland Ponies, two sheep and numerous ducks. New ducklings have arrived!
Our Swimming Pool and trampoline are now available for guests to use during their stay.

Rhyd-y-Groes is ideal for those attending local weddings, we can arrange a local taxi service to enable guests to relax and enjoy the occasion completely.
