Come and enjoy our Bed & Breakfast home in the heart of Salt Spring Island. Wonderful antiques and modern amenities surround you as you sip an early coffee on the deck or patio overlooking Ganges Harbour then enjoy one of our full 3 course breakfasts as you watch for the seaplanes arriving. Three o'clock is time for tea. Relax and finish a day of sight seeing, hiking or shopping with a complimentary snack of fresh baked goodies.

'Always Welcome' can be your home away from home .. our rooms include queen size beds, goose down duvets and your own ensuite bathroom. Our 'book nook' and guest sitting room with wood burning stove, both overlooking our forest, meadow and harbour view can be a cozy retreat for your relaxation.

For longer stays and your added convenience, a kitchenette is included in the guest area. Guests are invited to use the patio & terrace. Private guest entrance.

Our location off the west coast and the effect of the Pacific Tradewinds gives our Island the most mild climate in Canada. Salt Spring enjoys an average of only 36 inches of precipitation annually and over 2000 hours of sunshine. Winter is our rainy season but rarely do we have snow; summers are usually dry and very pleasant for sailing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, clamming, walking along the beach, horseback riding or golf .. or slow down to island speed and just watch the world go by.

We are only 2 km. from Ganges Village, the hub of the island and home of the Saturday Market - an artisans and farmers market where all items are produced on Salt Spring

Enjoy the self directed Studio Tour - over 40 studios and galleries for your shopping or browsing enjoying the talents of painters, crafters, weavers or enjoy the island gourmet goat cheeses, smoked salmons and bakery goods.

Always Welcome is between our two island golf courses and only 10 minutes to the two renowned Island wineries. Mid week activities and 'artist at work' demonstrations make everyday special on Salt Spring.

Serviced by float planes from the mainland or BC Ferries from Vancouver and Vancouver Island, Salt Spring Island is the most accessible of the Gulf Islands.
