Our immaculate & elegantly appointed B&B offers the garden enthusiast a serene stroll through our flower gardens, read on the seat arbor or bench, watch the birds or enjoy a glass of Okanagan wine on our grapevine covered patio.

Close to swimming, wakeboarding, jet skiing or sunbathing on Lake Osoyoos, shopping, restaurants, cafes, championship golf courses, orchards, award-winning wineries; Pioneer Walkway, Strawberry Creek walkway, Rattlesnake Canyon park, NK'Mip Desert Cultural Center, Osoyoos Model Railroad Center, Osoyoos Art Gallery, Osoyoos Museum, sailing, boating, and many other unique things to do and see.

The street level Rose Cottage Ste. has private bedroom with King bed, 4-pce bathroom, family room with 35' TV/DVD, games, books, puzzles; can sleep up to 5 max. There is a pull-out sofa bed and twin bed. Guests have the use of a frig/freezer, microwave, toaster, bake/toast/convection oven, kettle, cutlery, glassware, dishes, coffeemaker and other appliances.

Upper romantic Rose Room Master Ste. has private ensuite and balcony access to a private sitting area plus a bar table & chairs, with views of Anarchist Mtn. and Osoyoos Lake. Enjoy our guest lounge area equipped with 37' widescreen, gas fireplace and the owners' framed photography.

We serve a full cooked, healthy breakfast each morning on our rear stone patio under a canopy of grapevines and wisteria. We offer premium bed linens/towels, and luxurious bathrobes. There is wine storage, a wine frig and many other amenities.
