This B&B is 1/2 block up from River Rd.

We are one of the closest B&Bs to the Falls, Casino, Border Crossing, and Tourist Attractions.

Our Rooms are large with sitting area, and private bathrooms.
Each Room has Queen Size Beds, TV, Wireless Internet, and Central Air.
We have lots of Parking, and a Hugh Yard to enjoy.
Most B&Bs can not offer parking and a yard to enjoy.

As a guest feel free to even take your wedding photos, or arrange to hold your wedding functions in the garden.

We do offer rental of our garden for weddings and can arrange for a minister and witness.

We can not accept pets, and we are only equipped to accommodate parties of one or two in each of our suites.

Niagara On The Lake, is about 15 min car ride, Fort Erie is about 20 min, St Catherines 15mins, Toronto 1 1/2 hours.

There are go shuttle service to Toronto, or Rail lines from Niagara Falls.

Things to do in Niagara Falls.
See the Falls, Take the walk behind the falls, Spanish Aero car, Ferris Wheel, Jet Boating, Cycling, Walking, Gambling, Wax Museum, The newest Casino has nice shops to enjoy, or take supper or lunch while taking in the view of Horse Shoe Falls, or the American Falls.

Niagara Falls is the Honey Moon Capital of the world, we know that you would enjoy your stay. And remember the best place to wake up is in the AM (Ascot Manor).
