During our Annual Festivals, such as Carnival,Samise Villa is well located to all activities associated with our National Carnival Festival and our guests can enjoy reasonable shopping opportunities in the downtown area, within 10 minutes from our location.
All rooms are Air-conditioned with Cable Television.
We also offer special packages for groups.

Our Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
All bookings for accommodation require 50% of the total cost deposited, forty-eight (48) hours after telephone or email reservation via Moneygram Wireless Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer.
Upon cancellation fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Upon cancellation seven (7) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of fifty percent 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Upon cancellation three (3) days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that during Peak Seasons, such as Carnival. Upon cancellation, thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited.
