La Peñita is a colorful colonial Mexican beach front town. Nestled between the blue Pacific Ocean beautiful Sierra Madre Mountains. Los Sueños is a large newly constructed Villa on a hillside overlooking the town of La Peñita. Walk a few blocks up from the beach on La Peñita's main commercial street, Avenida Emiliano Zapata. Follow Avenida Cristobal Colon five blocks up the hill until you reach Oceanico Atlantico.

Then you've arrived at 82 Oceanico Atlantico and the hilltop setting, which is Los Sueños. We have thoroughly renovated the Villa during the spring and summer of 2008. It now offers all new furnishings and decor and is now ready for occupancy. This hill top estate is beautifully situated giving a truly unique view of la Peñita. Our three comfortable guest rooms are located on the third floor.

All rooms have private balconies with sweeping panoramic views of the warm palm lined sandy Pacific beaches and the Town of La Peñita below. Words can't describe the beauty and tranquility of La Peñita. From the balconies of Los Sueños, we hope you'll discover the spectacular beauty of the town below, the stunning sunsets over the Pacific, it's warm beaches and the stunning mountain range facing the rear of the Villa.

The Bedroom balconies, spacious roof top patio area, and double cupolas have unobstructed views of the ocean, the island, and the Sierra Madres mountain range.
The sun drenched roof top patio and pool will quickly become a special place to enjoy a book, relax in the sun, or enjoy a relaxing swim all the while enjoying the views of the town below and the sea and beaches beyond.

Enjoy your time here and relax. Let Los Sueños de la Peñita give you the rest and calm you deserve. Or take an inexpensive taxi to visit la Peñita or some of the other nearby towns and beaches. A fifteen-minute walk and your on the beach or begin exploring La Peñita itself. You'll fall in love with the warmth of the Mexican people.
