Curers Cottage Bed & Breakfast

Curers Cottage Bed and Breakfast is only small having just two double bedrooms, two shower rooms and a breakfast room. Each room is full of old world charm. We have been told that our beds are very comfortable and our breakfasts delicious! We have a large breakfast menu with something for everyone!

Both rooms have TVs, tea/coffee making facilities, a hair dryer and WiFi free on request. They are cosy and comfortable having couches and pouffes. The breakfast room also has a couch and a fridge for your use whenever you wish. In the winter the woodburning stove will be on.

Our private cottage garden, has tables and chairs, and sun loungers in different areas for your use too! Our sunken patio is quite a sun trap!!

If you are a smoker you are welcome to use the garden where there are ashtrays provided but the house is strictly non-smoking. We try to keep a gazebo up for as long as possible in the Autumn/winter, where the thick cushions on our garden furniture will stay dry and keep you comfortable!!

There are lots of places to eat nearby, our thatched village Pub is only 3 doors away and offers a lovely homecooked menu and a friendly village atmosphere. The quaint village of Ramsbury has Pubs and a few shops, Hungerford town has Pubs and restaurants and many antique shops.

The area has so much to offer whether you would like to walk, borrow bikes, or drive.

We are very happy to tell you of beautiful routes to take whenever you go anywhere. Country lanes with picturesque views. The Ancient Savernake Forest is only a few miles away, or you could simply walk to our own Fairy Glen and cross the river Kennet on the foot bridge. There are lots of public footpaths to explore or for the more serious walker The Ridgeway is a short drive.

Fancy a day in London? Well, the train station is 2miles away, a fast train is an hour to London Paddington! Within an hour of Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Salisbury Cathedral, Winchester, Cirencester. Marlborough, Newbury, Swindon, Reading are closeby.

We are so centrally situated many places are within reach it you have particular interests!
