Cambourne is new community on the outskirts of Cambridge. Woodview is a comfortable, family run Bed & Breakfast comprising one large double ensuite bedroom and one twin ensuite room. Convenient accommodation for visiting relatives in Cambourne or weddings and parties.

The rooms are well equipped with remote TV, tea and coffee making and a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board can also be provided. In the morning enjoy a traditional English breakfast of cereal, followed by eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, hash browns, mushrooms and baked beans. Washed down with fruit juices, tea, coffee or chocolate.

Situated on the outskirts of Cambridge, only a short distance (7 miles), so very quiet and in the countryside yet close enough to the colleges of famous Cambridge. While away the time exploring history, ride on the scenic bus or rickshaw whilst bringing Cambridge to life with stories from the experienced guides. Or on foot stroll through the historic colleges and ancient buildings.

Throughout the summer there are special events organised in the many parks including the free firework display and Cambridge beer festival. Enjoy many of the brews from around the region from the Fens to London.

Why not enjoy and day out at the races with a visit to Newmarket only a short distance from Cambridge. Visit one of the special events throughout the year.

Duxford air museum is an exciting place to explore featuring the earliest passenger planes, war planes, military vehicle and through to supersonic Concorde. At certain times of the year enjoy thrilling, flying displays.

Ely is also worth a visit with its famous cathedral and many original historic houses.

Further afield is the Norfolk Broads with its unspoilt countryside and miles of river networks.

Woodview can be accessed easily from the M1, M11 and A1. Arrangements can be made to collect from Stanstead airport or Cambridge railway station. For the independent traveller there is the park & ride; again collection can be made from here.
