Reynards Rest
Carol & Doug Scrafton look forward to welcoming you to their friendly bed & breakfast situation on the hillside overlooking Tywardreath and Par beach.
Choose from a cosy double bedroom with its luxury en suite shower room, or a twin bedroom with exclusive use of a recently refurbished full bathroom. Naturally there are full tea and coffee making facilities in both rooms, together with colour television and freeview.
Breakfast at Reynards Rest relies heavily on local ingredients (bacon and sausage from the local butcher, fresh fruit etc from our neighbourhood greengrocer - Carol makes the preserves, and Doug the bread! Come and try it!!
Less than 3 miles from the Eden Project, and only minutes from the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Reynards Rest is ideally situated for those wishing to explore Cornwall. The South West Coast path and other wonderful walks are also very close to hand.
Situated between the rather better known ports of Fowey and Charlestown, Par is a thriving village, much mentioned in Daphne du Maurier's 'The House on the Strand'. Nearby is the market town of St Austell.
Par has a mainline Railway link to London Paddington, as well as a branch service to the North Cornwall resort of Newquay. It is some fifteen miles from Newquay Airport. These facilities, and the nearby and newly improved A30 make it an ideal situation for those looking to explore any part of Cornwall - even Lands End is little more than an hour away.
A warm welcome is extended to children over 12
