Wild Air Guest House
A relaxed friendly atmosphere, with immaculately presented light airy rooms luxuriously furnished with exquisite touches and attention to detail throughout. Each room has seating in a bay window with magnificent sea views, a colour TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, and clock/radio, also centrally heated and double glazed to keep you cosy in winter.
There is a comfortable guest lounge with stunning sea view. Gardens and a beautiful patio overlooking the harbour, perfect for unwinding and sharing a bottle of wine. In addition we have on site parking, a rarity in Mevagissey, saving you the hassel of finding a car park or walking back in any bad weather or darkness. All this and only a few minutes walk to the harbourside.
Breakfast at Wild Air is a real social event, look forward to excellent food using local or home grown produce and home made preserves wherever possible. Special diets can also be catered for, all being served in the friendly dining room looking out onto the wildlife garden.
Owned by a local fishing family with extensive knowledge of the local area and Cornwall, they offer a first class service catering for your every need, with an aim to make your stay perfect and wanting to return again and again.
We are close to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Our central location makes it the perfect base for visiting many National Trust Properties, coastal walking and touring the whole of Cornwall including Charlestown, Looe, Polperro, St Ives or Padstow, the list is endless in this beautiful part of the Country. Or take the Ferry to Fowey, visit one of the many beaches close by, not forgetting time in Mevagissey for the museum, model railway, aquarium, a boat trip, or wandering around the cobbled streets and harbour browsing the many shops and sampling the delights of our many eateries.
