With sea views in the distance, we are set in rolling hills of wildlife and farm animals. Our garden is full of wild birds daily and birds of prey are seen in the adjacent fields along with foxes and squirrels.

You will find our accommodation extremely comfortable and peaceful. Guests will enjoy our well fitted establishment with roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds, private television, DVD player, Tea and Coffee facilities, Bathroom, trouser press and iron if required, own refrigerator and use of the gardens.

If you are staying longer than one night and you do not feel like eating out at the many very reasonable pubs and restaurants you are welcome to eat in and use our facilities for your meal such as the microwave and necessary cutlery, crockery etc. We are 5 star facilities for 2 star prices.

We have twin and double rooms for up to 3 person occupancy with tariffs of £20.00-£22.50 per person per night. We are just a short drive from many local attractions and of course a choice of fabulous beaches.

The picturesque town of Boscastle is just a short drive away, as are many local attractions. Within an hour is Polzeath, Padstow, and also within easy reach is the Eden Project at St Austell. We want you to arrive as guests and leave as friends, rest assured we will do everything we can to ensure your stay is a comfortable one.
