Here at Beaches we have created a small luxury guest house for those guests that want that little bit extra.

Having stayed in many hotels and guest houses over the years, we have tried to incorporate all those little things that make such a difference to your stay.

We are located just minutes from the world famous Fistral Beach. Newquay Golf course and Newquay town centre and all that it has to offer is just a short walk away.

We aim to ensure that your stay with us, however short or long, is a memorable experience for all the right reasons. Quality and relaxation are what Beaches is all about.

Our individually designed bedrooms have all been created with your comfort in mind. Each room has its own en-suite and each is finished with those little touches that make it special. Digital flat screen televisions with Freeview and built in DVD players and luxurious Egyptian cotton linen and towels.

All rooms have complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and a varied selection of teas. Each is equipped with a hair dryer and those all essential full length mirrors.

For those special occasions we can provide flowers, champagne, wine and chocolates to be in your room on arrival.

To us breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be a hurried affair. All our breakfasts are cooked freshly to order using, wherever possible, locally sourced produce.

A full Cornish breakfast with a vegetarian option, is available. We offer cereals, yoghurts and fruit juices, along with plenty of toast and preserves. A fine selection of teas, fruit and herbal, as well as Cafetiere coffee.

Because we appreciate your stay should be relaxing and stress free we do not have a rigid set time for serving breakfast, but suffice to say it can be served anytime between 7.30am and 10.30am. Breakfast is served in our dining room but on warm days, guests can take breakfast outside on our pleasant little patio area.

For those guests that would like breakfast in their rooms, a light breakfast can be provided. Just let us know the night before.

In our guest lounge you can relax after a hectic day on the beach or after visiting one of the many attractions Newquay and Cornwall has to offer. During the winter months why not relax in front of our roaring log fire.

Newquay has so much to offer, with its fantastic restaurants and beaches. We are happy to recommend some great eateries. We can arrange reservations for you if required.

Beaches at Newquay is superbly located for everything that Newquay has to offer and is a great base to explore Cornwall.

Being only 2 minutes from Fistral with its long sandy beach and fantastic surfing facilities why not try your hand at surfing. We can arrange lessons and surf board and wetsuit hire. We have safe board storage and drying facilities for your wetsuits.

We have our own on site car park and local public transport is very frequent and very close by.

Newquay has great transport links including Newquay Airport and Coach and Railway stations.

Cornwall is a fascinating place to visit. There is something for everyone. Here at Beaches we aim to ensure you enjoy your stay and can provide information on all the local attractions.

Would all guests please note that Beaches at Newquay is a non-smoking establishment and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. However, we do have a pleasant little patio area where you can smoke if you so desire.
