If you want tea and coffee making facilities, stale biscuits in plastic, UHT milk in cartons and a TV in the bedroom - we don't have them.
We will, however, make you endless cups of real coffee or tea (scented stuff as well) and bring this to you as you watch TV, videos, or read from our extensive library.
You could bask in front of a log fire, or sit outside taking in the views, or mow the grass (for a discount).
Our breakfasts are even cooked after you have got up and on the same day!
If you want a shower cubicle in the bedroom masquerading as 'en suite' WE DO NOT HAVE THAT EITHER.
WE HAVE GOT ..
a bathroom with hot and cold water,
a power shower, toilet (with a seat)
and new for this year, toilet paper.
WE HAVE GOT
an 'en suite' tennis court, off-road 'en suite' parking, duvets, pillows, beds, towels, warmth and wit.
* sorry, we are unable to accept pets in the house
* arrival after 4pm departure by 10am
* tennis players may use the court at any time
We are situated 3 miles north-west of Ashbourne, on the edge of the Peak District National Park.
