Having finished an intensive refurbishment scheme in 2006, all of the spacious bedrooms have been tastefully decorated & newly furnished and all en-suite bath/shower rooms totally replaced with modern, pressurised, thermostatic appliances. It is our obligation to continue to maintain the high standards that we believe we have achieved.

The village of Stoke Fleming itself offers excellent amenities including a shop, post office, 2 pubs, restaurant & take away, hotel with restaurant open to non residents, beach with cafe & shop, petrol station with shop.

Channel View (as the name would suggest) offers stunning sea views from some bedrooms, both guest dining rooms, guest gardens, terraces, balcony etc.

We have ample off road car parking for our guests (on the basis of one car per room) & are only a ten-minute walk away from the award winning beach at Blackpool Sands.

Guests can enjoy breakfast in either of the dining rooms or on the terrace (guests always assured of a table to themselves) - all of which offer stunning sea views. Breakfast is usually served between the hours of 08:00am and 09:30am, but we do appreciate that you are on holiday & so by prior arrangement, breakfast can occasionally be served earlier or later to accommodate your holiday requirements.

We welcome guests into our beautiful home, including families with children and/or the four legged varieties (i.e. dogs etc - free of charge).

Our room variety available is single, twin, double, smaller double, family room, family suite. Please take the time to view our website for more information & photographs of our rooms available, tariff etc. We accept most major debit & credit cards & are open all year.

For the comfort of all our guests, we do ask that guests do not smoke within the house, but we do realise that you are on holiday & will not wish for enjoyment of your holiday to carry restrictions. Guests are obviously welcome to smoke in the garden or on the terrace and additionally, we offer an outdoor, undercover smoking area with lighting & tables & chairs for your comfort.
