A small family run Bed and Breakfast, located on the level and only 300 yards from the sea front. We are centrally located within the Torbay area for all the major attractions such as Living Coast, Paignton Zoo, see the now famous baby black rhino, Paignton Steam Railway, Babbacombe Model Village, Quay West Water Park. Visit Cockington Village see the art and craft displays, travel in style by horse and cart. See Oldway Mansion old family home of the Singer, sewing machine, family. Walk on the Moors or the coastal path to Brixham.

Transport from our Guest House is frequent as buses pass the top of the road every 10 minutes or so to places like Brixham, Torquay, Dartmouth, Plymouth to name but a few, and is much cheaper than parking in the major towns.

After your busy day out, or your leisurely day on the beach try one of the many eating places within easy walking distance from our Guest House, which we would be pleased to recommend or not as the case may be.

On the Dietary front we provide a full traditional English breakfast comprising bacon, egg, tomato, black pudding, hash brown, sausage, beans mushrooms and toast. A lighter or vegetarian version available on request. There is also a selection of cereals and fruit juices available. We have ample parking at the front and rear of the property for the benefit of guests.
