In the summer relax in our lovely cottage garden with its many colours and songbirds.
In the colder months, curl up next to the log fire in our beautifully decorated drawing room.
After breakfast, made with fresh produce from a local farm, step out of our front door to the nearby coastal path for a healthy walk.
In the evenings after an aperitif in the garden or lounge, if dining with us, let Linda show you to your table in our elegant restaurant with its original Art Deco lighting.
Sample Jean-Paul' gourmet Belgian and French cuisine created with fresh seafood from North Devon fishing vessels as well as local game and meat.

All our bedrooms are en-suite, some twins and some with kingsize and superkingsize beds, all with ironing facilities, wi-fi broadband, complimentary Sherry, tea and coffee
St Vincent house is only a five minutes walk from the famous cliff railway build in 1890,powered by water, it will transport you and from Lynmouth.
There are regular boat trips, which leave from Lynmouth harbour and cruise along the Heritage Coast known as 'The hidden edge from Exmoor'.
The National trust' Watersmeet is a short walk along the beautiful East Lyn river.
Other pursuits in the area include birdwatching horse riding and tennis.
