Colyton is located under 3 miles from the World Heritage Jurassic Coast between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, both around 15 minutes drive. Axminster station is only six miles away.

Colyton offers all the amenities of a town whilst still maintaining a distinct village atmosphere. A tramway runs between Colyton to the coast at Seaton. Much of the journey runs alongside the River Axe, ideal for keen bird watchers!

We offer a choice of single, double, twin or a family room with a double and 2 single beds, all rooms are en suite and centrally heated.

Televisions with DVD and Freeview, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, clock radio are all provided along with a hearty traditional Full English Breakfast. Children are welcome, under 2's free of charge, cot and high chairs provided on request. Children between the ages of 2 and 13 at a special reduced rate.

We offer ample private parking on our premises away from the road and we are happy to offer one night stays at no additional supplement.

Guests are welcome to relax in our garden and come and go as they please, Set in beautiful unspoilt countryside walking proves very popular with our guests, whilst keen golfers can enjoy Axe Cliff golf course only 3 miles away, the views from the course along coastline can only be described as stunning! Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Honiton, all a short drive from us offer yet more golfing challenges.

The picturesque fishing village of Beer and the charming village of Branscombe are close by and well worth a visit if time permits.

Our tariff as follows:- Single occupancy £35 p.n. , Twin or Double £60 p.n. Family Room £85 p.n. (e.g. 2 adults & 2 children aged 2 to 13)
