Bay View Guest House
Bay View is located right on the sea front in the picturesque fishing village of Beer. Our traditional guesthouse combines modern luxuries with traditional hospitality and a fantastic location.
Our location is perfect, overlooking the beach, white chalk cliffs and sheltered bay of Beer. The South West Coast Path goes right past our front door. Beer Beach is on the doorstep and the village shops and restaurants are all within a minute or two.
Bay View has been owned and managed by the same Beer family for the last 50 years and our aim has always been to make your stay as comfortable as possible in a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Bedrooms are furnished and maintained to a high standard and particular emphasis is placed on high quality bathrooms.
Breakfasts are big, beautiful and sure to make you happy! We offer lots of choice, good quality ingredients, fresh and careful cooking and friendly service.
There is plenty to do in Beer, sunbathe on the beach, fish in the clear waters, walk on the Jurassic Coast...the list is endless. Nearby attractions include Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama Gardens and Trains, Bicton Gardens, Seaton Tramway, Crealy Adventure Park, Farway Countryside Park.
Nearby towns of interest are Branscombe, Seaton, Colyton, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Exeter.
Our prices are very competitive and offer excellent value for money at around £30.00 per person per night. This includes a full English breakfast, freshly laundered sheets, large fluffy towels, generous hospitality trays and a very warm welcome.
Beer is located at the western end of the 95 miles of coast, which forms the recently acknowledged World Heritage Site. The walks along this coast are fantastic.
We hope to welcome you soon.
