Sarah King welcomes you to 'Old Salty House'. A small, family run B&B, we provide the very best for the visitor at a reasonable cost. Guests will immediately feel welcome and relaxed in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Children are very welcome at Old Salty House.

We are situated just yards from the harbour in the lovely, traditional seaside town of Teignmouth, Devon. The town centre, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, is a level 5 minute walk away. Along the seafront you will find adventure golf, tennis courts, a bowling green and a traditional pier.

All of our rooms are ensuite, spacious and comfortably furnished. There are 2 double rooms and one which can be a twin or superking size. The ensuite shower rooms are well appointed and have constant hot water. The house is centrally heated and all rooms have individually controlled thermostats. There are spare blankets and hot water bottles provided for your comfort.

A hearty breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.15am, prepared from local produce wherever possible. We can cater for most diets and have experience of preparing food for allergy sufferers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Old Salty House is ideally situated to enjoy Devon's beautiful coastline and to explore inland. Along the coast from Teignmouth are Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and Dartmouth and just a few miles inland, the historic town of Totnes.

The rugged and beautiful landscape of Dartmoor is a 25 minute drive away, where you can walk, ride on horseback or simply enjoy the scenery from your car.

There are excellent transport links along the coast and to the cities of Exeter, Plymouth and into Cornwall.
