The Sands

The Sands is a light, spacious and airy Victorian house. Well-situated 200 metres flat walk from Exmouth's beautiful 2 miles long golden sandy beach and 300 metres, again a flat walk, from Exmouth's town centre.

All rooms are bright and tastefully decorated and have colour television, with digital reception, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer.

There is a choice of twin or double rooms with either a shared bathroom or shower room. All of which are double glazed and centrally heated.

In addition, we have wireless Internet broadband available for you convenience.

We offer the option of a range of home cooked ethically sound and locally sourced breakfast foods PLUS the option of a self-service breakfast for those preferring an early morning departure.

For your comfort and relaxation we operate a strict no-smoking policy and we cannot accommodate pets.

Reaching Us:
Exmouth is only 10 miles from M5 Junction 30. Take the A376 to Exmouth. Upon entering Exmouth follow the signs for the town centre. At the first roundabout take the second exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit. Victoria Road is the first turning on the right. The Sands is situated 200 metres on the right hand side.
